1) How can we shop in person?
Our brick and mortar boutique is open 7 days a week!

Tues - Sat 11:00 ~ 6:00 pm
Sun 12:00 ~ 5:00 pm
Monday 12:00 ~ 5:00 pm
 
2) What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
 
3) Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the U.S.
 
4) What is your return/exchange policy?
 
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt date for an item of same value or store credit.

 
  • Any exchanges after 30 days may be denied.

  • We do not offer refunds on any items.
  • All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.

  • If item has gone on sale we reserve the right to give store credit in the amount of the new sale price. Especially if it is after the 30 day mark.
  • No exchanges or store credits will be accepted on any jewelry due to it changing colors, changing your skin color, or natural ‘wear and tear’.

  • All of the products we sell and promote we stand behind 100%. Certain metals, over time, do have a tendency, in some instances, to alter slightly in color or variation due to the metal itself. 
Contact with water, soap or natural oils in the skin against the metal, sunlight, or oxygen are some causes that create the color variation.
